I have great WiFi.  There's coffee.  I have a meeting room at my disposal for when I need it.  I get to collaborate and network with other professionals to kick around ideas or knowledge share.  It's a neat, convenient space that isn't necessarily something I need to call "the office" - and I get to get away from my team (sometimes you just need to).
